I love seeing the learning curve and OTM merge for a better experience. Last year CBS’ online coverage was terrible. Every time they would go to commercial my access would reset. Not good. This year the coverage is free (very nice) and they make you wait for about 60s before entering the site. Oh yes, queuing up so there isn’t a huge fluxuation in users. This allows CBS to correctly judge their capacity, bandwidth, etc and allows me (and others like me) to watch the game happily.
