January 5, 2008 By Al Martine

The Register Herald has an article today on the upcoming election.

In the 27th District of Raleigh and Summers counties, the only incumbent who filed pre-candidacy papers was Democrat Rick Moye. Other Democrats filing papers were former Delegates Sally Susman and Bill Wooton, along with Al Martine of Daniels, Kelley Sponaugle of Shady Spring and Mick Bates of Beckley, who filed his papers months earlier.
