A quick post to help anyone who has an HP OfficeJet L7XXXX scanner, fax, printer combo get their software installed on the Windows 7 RC.
1. The HP disks are useless, so go to the HP site and download the full version
2. Once the file (3XX megs) is downloaded, navigate to the file location and right click and choose properties, you’ll need to run the file in compatibility mode (more information)
3. Once changed to Vista SP 2, double click on the file.
Note: the install crashed the first time, but loaded fine the second time
