Enough preparing. Enough initial researching. It’s time to write this thing.
I will be writing the first draft of our business plan over the next three days. This version is very much a straw-man and will need a ton of rework but getting some ideas down on paper seems like the only way to find the gaps in our thinking.
Our goal is to be ready (read funded) by Feb 2011 so we can go to the NY Toy Show confident that we can deliver on any all orders placed. I still haven’t gotten my head around the start-up capital needed question or the projections but the fleshed out business plan should help my thinking on that topic.
