Good gracious I just filled out three surveys for my Global Leadership and Assessment for Managers and Managing Organisation Behaviour Courses. I’ve analysed my emotions – no he looks upset/she looks happy, my work preferences – something with running water in the office would be preferable, a 360 questionnaire and NEO PI-R survey (no, I don’t remember what it was about). So many little radio buttons; so little time.
The emotional intelligence one was the strangest. Judging peoples pictures, completing sentences, etc. All that time spent filling them out and they didn’t provide answers!
We’ll get the feedback at our courses and me thinks they use this to form the study groups. I wonder if they go for maximum tranquility or conflict?
No more tests – time to read a little Harry Potter.
